Once you've navigated through HQ, you'll want to get into SureLC ASAP. SureLC initiates contracting with our core carriers and gives you writing numbers for e-apps over the next few days. Complete all red and yellow notifications, then go to "Requests" under Contracting and request all available carriers one at a time. This process gets you appointed with carriers so you can start writing business.

Complete all red and yellow notifications in your profile
Go to "Requests" under Contracting (bottom left)
Request all available carriers one at a time and answer all questions

Note: Some carriers are "Just In Time" (Foresters, American Amicable, Mutual of Omaha, Americo) - you don't need writing numbers before submitting applications, but submitting your license speeds up the process.

Keep a spreadsheet with carriers and writing numbers
Access all carriers through HQ (top left menu)

When You Get a New State License
Send one mass email to all carriers with:
Subject: Your Name and NPN
Body: "Here is my new state license I want to add" with license number
Attach: Your license
Processing Time: Most carriers take 3-5 business days to process your license and get you appointed. Make sure you're appointed before writing applications!
