Step 1: Create a new Gmail account
You will use this email for all Quility contracting, HQ access, and business communications. Keep your personal and business emails separate.
Step 2: Onboarding email from Quility
Watch for contracting paperwork from Quility at onboarding@quility.com
Click the link in the application and fill it all out. You will need your EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) information, this is how you'll receive your commission payments directly into your business bank account. Submit your E&O Certificate & AML Certificate (more information below). Approval takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, you'll receive a Welcome Email with access to Quility HQ.
Step 3: Submit release forms from previous IMO if needed
Ensure you've been properly released from any previous agencies or organizations.
Before you can fully engage with us, please ensure you've been properly released from any other agencies you were previously affiliated with. If you're unsure how to complete this process, contact your Agent Mentor right away, they're here to guide you through it.
Step 4: AML Certification (Anti-Money Laundering)
Complete the 2-hour AML for the Insurance Industry course.
Visit https://webce.com/catalog/insurance-ce and complete the AML course ($14.95). Select your state, then Life/Health. This counts toward your continuing education hours and should take no more than 1 hour. Upload the certificate to your contracting packet.
Step 5: E&O (Errors & Omissions Insurance)
Get NAIFA Endorsed E&O Insurance - required to write business.
Without E&O Insurance, you won't be able to write business with some of our carriers. Select "Newly Licensed <2 years" option. Visit www.calsurance.com/sfglife .
Step 6: Direct Deposit
Set up direct deposit with your bank account information.
You will need to provide a voided check or bank account information (routing & account numbers) to set up direct deposit for your commission payments. This is typically included in your Quility contracting paperwork
Step 7: Set up Calendar
Set up your Zoom and Calendly for client appointments.
Your calendar is critical for running your business professionally. Set up Zoom for virtual meetings and Calendly for appointment scheduling.
Step 8: Join/Update Social Media.
Download BAND and join our Team Chat.
Connect with your team and leadership for support, questions, and best practices. Join BAND app HERE. Enter all conference calls into your Google Calendar.
Step 9: Begin Summit Training
Getting started in Summit is all about moving step-by-step with intention. You begin at Basecamp and you progress through the fundamentals: Leads, Dialing, Preparing for Appointments, Running Appointments, Writing Your First Applications, and After the Sale, leading to a Mentor Checkpoint! After that, you climb into Activate, starting with Welcome to Activate, learning your First 90 Days blueprint. You’ll master the phone, master the appointment, learn the basics of recruiting and profitability, step into business ownership, and build the discipline required to Lead Yourself. Hit six applications, then schedule your next mentor checkpoint. Stay plugged in, stay coachable, and keep climbing , this is how new agents build confidence fast.
